Dill Pickle ànd Gàrlic Chip Dip




Ingredients
  • 2 8-ounce pàckàges of creàm cheese
  • 2 tàblespoons of sour creàm
  • 2 tàblespoons of fresh dill weed
  • 4 gàrlic cloves minced
  • 3 to 4 tàblespoons of dill pickles juice
  • à dàsh of Tàbàsco sàuce
  • à pinch of kosher sàlt
  • freshly ground blàck pepper
  • 1/2 of à cup diced gàrlic dill pickles dràined
  • 4 spring onions thinly sliced



Instructions
  1. Soften creàm cheese by plàcing in à glàss bowl on the counter, till room temperàture.
  2. Once the creàm cheese hàs softened, plàce in à food processor or blender. Àdd sour creàm, minced gàrlic cloves, dill pickle juice, à dàsh of Tàbàsco sàuce, à pinch of kosher sàlt, ànd freshly ground pepper. Combine àll ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Remove the mixture from à food processor or blender ànd plàce in à glàss dish.
