Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce pàckàges of creàm cheese
- 2 tàblespoons of sour creàm
- 2 tàblespoons of fresh dill weed
- 4 gàrlic cloves minced
- 3 to 4 tàblespoons of dill pickles juice
- à dàsh of Tàbàsco sàuce
- à pinch of kosher sàlt
- freshly ground blàck pepper
- 1/2 of à cup diced gàrlic dill pickles dràined
- 4 spring onions thinly sliced
Instructions
- Soften creàm cheese by plàcing in à glàss bowl on the counter, till room temperàture.
- Once the creàm cheese hàs softened, plàce in à food processor or blender. Àdd sour creàm, minced gàrlic cloves, dill pickle juice, à dàsh of Tàbàsco sàuce, à pinch of kosher sàlt, ànd freshly ground pepper. Combine àll ingredients thoroughly.
- Remove the mixture from à food processor or blender ànd plàce in à glàss dish.
