Blàckened Sàlmon




Ingredients
  • 4 Skinless sàlmon fillets
  • 2 tàblespoons pàprikà
  • 1 tàblespoon càyenne pepper
  • 1 tàblespoon onion powder
  • 2 teàspoon sàlt
  • 1/2 teàspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teàspoon blàck pepper
  • 1/2 teàspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teàspoon gàrlic powder
  • 1/4 teàspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teàspoon dried bàsil
  • 1/4 teàspoon dried oregàno
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsàlted melted



Instructions
  1. Mix àll the spices in à bowl.
  2. Brush the sàlmon fillets on eàch side with butter ànd sprinkle the spice mixture on eàch side of the fillet.
  3. Drizzle the remàining butter on one side of the fillet.
  4. Cook the sàlmon, butter side down
