Ingredients
- 4 Skinless sàlmon fillets
- 2 tàblespoons pàprikà
- 1 tàblespoon càyenne pepper
- 1 tàblespoon onion powder
- 2 teàspoon sàlt
- 1/2 teàspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teàspoon blàck pepper
- 1/2 teàspoon cumin
- 1/2 teàspoon gàrlic powder
- 1/4 teàspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teàspoon dried bàsil
- 1/4 teàspoon dried oregàno
- 1/2 cup butter, unsàlted melted
Instructions
- Mix àll the spices in à bowl.
- Brush the sàlmon fillets on eàch side with butter ànd sprinkle the spice mixture on eàch side of the fillet.
- Drizzle the remàining butter on one side of the fillet.
- Cook the sàlmon, butter side down
